The Medieval Times trip is quickly approching.  If you want to go and have not told me so, please do a.s.a.p.  If you have told me that you are going, but have not paid me yet, I getting the tickets tomarrow, and if I don’t have your money than I will not get you a ticket.  I will be calling before 2:30pm, find me before than.  Afterwords you can still give me money for tickets if you really can’t do so on Monday.  But I will accept no more additions after the 22nd of Febuary. We do have a meeting on that day, so if you cannot find me before then, you can pay me then.  Hope to see you all there!!

I would like to announce to every one, that we have a new secretary: Adric Preuschl.

Izzy will be resigning as Altered Reality’s scribe (secretary), which means we need someone to take his place.

Let’s have a LAN party!

I propose Friday, January 19th, starting 6:00pm at the Garage.  People can comment on this thread about this time and suggest alternatives as well as what games/game systems we should have.

This LAN party party will make use of the new Garage loft.  The loft spans half the living room and can facilitate a whole bunch of gamers.

As you know every Friday is Game Day at the Backstage Lounge.  Due to the approching end of the semester, finals are comming faster then you might think.

Do to the fact that we don’t want anyone falling behind in classes, we are changing the Friday Game day to a Study Day. This way everyone can have a quiet place to get some studing done, as well ask qestions of those who might know the answer.  So come, study, learn, and be with friends during the pain of Finals.

We may even have refreshments, soda and/or snacks.  To be decided on the December 5th meeting at noon downstairs Hyatt Smith, outside the Bookstore.

Backstage Lounge: Study Day on Fridays at Noon-8pm

We had the 2nd DDR LAN party at the Garage yesterday and had a small group turn out.  There was no Oreo betting this time (which is too bad, since I’m pretty good at calling people’s scores), but Roni brought a second TV we put in the loft for other game systems.  Adric brought his X-Box 360 and had a game going up there.  Unfortunately, no one else brought any other systems or games.

As everyone might recall, the next morning we had 8 inches of snow on the ground.  So a couple of us spent a snow day hanging out at the Garage, watching movies and playing DDR.

was fun, though there was little lan gaming as the hot-tub was deemed more interesting,  though there was some badly done guitar playing by meself, but  apart from that it was mostly pirate songs sung in the water, meself spouting off random bits of observation to anyone who would  listen, and kyle in pink hello kitty panties .   .   .

alcohol and hot-tubs just dont mix
